Our Background

Royal Airport Concierge Service was established in 2006 to assist high-end travelers with the challenges of increasing airport complexities and overcrowding brought about by post-9/11 security needs.  In the past two years, our business among CEOs, celebrities, families and leaders from many fields has more than tripled as this personalized, dependable approach to transportation needs has gained success.  Our founder Ron Gorfinkel and his partner Rafael Cattan are based in Washington, DC, and have backgrounds in high-level security detail and corporate sales relating to advance intelligence, safety and other transportation concerns, which have been translated into a secure net for key business and leisure travelers.

Our Market Niche

Our current clientele come from all sectors requiring secure and stress-free international and domestic travel -- corporate, private, entertainment, and generally all those seeking first-class support.  The mission of our company is to provide a seamless travel experience for clients unaccustomed to waiting in long lines or enduring crowds and airport chaos.  Many of these clients are high profile in their own countries or companies but often need extra attention traveling overseas where they are not as well known.  These are people who are used to expecting and receiving the very best in all phases of their lives.

Our Service

Royal Airport Concierge Service assures personalized, 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week support to accommodate the travel needs of its clientele.  We provide global continuity in places where such high-end service cannot be coordinated easily, both domestically and internationally.  We work with and extend the support provided by travel agencies, personal assistants and managers, and have representatives at major airports around the world who become familiar with meeting the needs of our travelers for such support services as transportation, luggage handling and local concierge assistance.  Changes or disruptions in flight schedules or other travel are communicated quickly and managed by RACS and our partners on a 24/7 basis.  Our management works directly with key staff and assistants to provide minimal intrusion on the busy lives of our travelers.  We daily address the obstacles of different languages, cultures and time zones, coordinating the entire travel experience both efficiently and effectively.
